I guess you're right. If a thread continues on about 18 plus pages about a pedophile, those that are still updating and adding to it wont find it funny. For me, the guy is behind bars and justice is being served.

I've just stumbed across this article. I don't remember seeing this reported anywhere in the news at the time. Did it just pass me by or most other people too?
Looks like Mr Neill has now got a further six years inside taking his total to 9 years and 3 months...

I don't think Thai jails are very comfortable places for foreigners accused of sex crimes against children. Far better that he stays alive, then have his misery end. And if and when he gets out, he will be facing charges in Canada. They should just give him a life sentence in a Thai jail and let him know he's never getting out. The misery of waking up each morning and knowing he's never going home again and never getting out would be a suitable punishement. Plus it might deter more pedos. |

| My only fear is that he gets out early under a royal amnesty. Hopefully the RCMP have a full case ready against him for all his other crimes when Thailand's ready to deport him and can get him convicted as a dangerous offender. |

What other crimes in Thailand?
I don't condone anything that CPN did. However I still believe that he didn't do anything in Thailand and the only reason those boys came forward was to try and get money out of him or sell their story, which they allegedly have.
He abused kids in Cambodia and Vietnam, they have proof of that. Other than that there has been nothing that I have read about Thailand other than kids coming forward saying it was him, after he had been apprehended.
Nothing appears to have happened here in KOrea either. No kids have stepped up here saying he abused them.
I don't think the guy 'shit where he ate' like a lot of peadophiles. Vietnam and Cambodia were his playgrounds. Thailand and Korea were where he lived and worked as a 'normal' person. Flying under the radar.
He's committed some atrocious crimes, and he needs to be punished for them, however holding him in Thai jails as bad as they are for two lesser crimes that may or may not be real is stopping the case going further.
Problem is he isn't getting out anytime soon and won't get punished for the crimes which he was being chased down for.
Which is a shame. |
