Anyone know how I could get this?

Someone told me if you are planning on teaching in Ontario, you can use your hours you taught in korea.

I hope I don't have to go to every hogwan I worked for...ugh

Each employer (if they still exist) are required (by law) to give you a certificate of employment. All you need to do is ask.

Said certificate will have particulars of your employment (your name, ID/passport number), dates of employment (from-to), employers name and particulars (address, phone, etc), basic job description (ESL TEACHER) and the school stamp.

Can i still get this if the school is under different ownership, but still operating as the same franchise?

If not, couldn't immigration provide something similar since they also have that same info regarding my employment?

1) possibly but their is no obligation on their part (and they may not have any record of you).

2) No. They WILL NOT do this nor are they obligated to do so.
