Please respond to the poll only. I don't care who you are or how much
you make personally. I'm interested only in the naked statistics.

You should have broke it down more (1/2 millions perhaps) or defined your borders better.... at 3 mil... would I be in the 2-3 or the 3-4 mil group?

I think your grouping of 2-3 mil would be the largest target but without better definition your results will be skewed - there is a big difference between 2 mil and 3 mil when it comes to disposable income (as compared to the difference between 3-4 mil).

I also assumed you meant gross salary and not net salary when you defined wages and are not interested in the value added additional benefits.

I too think it would have been good to add some more explanation. Personally, someone making 2.3 at a hogwon, plus housing, should consider their income at around 2.6

For the most part though, I don't think that would skew this poll too much.

I voted. I've actually lobbied (unsuccessfully) against raises that I worry might one day price me out of a job I love.

Unless you're a boss or an owner, then is there really a problem with that?

Yep. Now what we need is a thread asking people how many hours they work a week. Then maybe one asking people's c0ck sizes...since I'm sure these things are related somehow.

Don't you see the positives about knowing other teachers general saleries?

If we as teachers have a better understanding of the job market, we:

(a) are less likely to take a contract that is under paying us

(b) more likely to depand something better

Again, I don't see the problem with this thread unless you're a boss or a hagwon owner.
