Hi,
Military question, but possible someone can help:
I am currently stationed at Aviano AB, Italy coming from Osan AB a year or so back. My wife lives in Bupyeong, Incheon and wants to come here and live with me. For her Command Sponsorship to be approved she needs an AF Form 1466 Medical Clearance signed to get here. Before Tricare gives me an answer back. I was wondering if someone knew the closest Tricare hospital or hospital that at least speaks English and can sign the paper after giving her a full body checkup near Bupyeong, Incheon. Any help would be appretiated. I feel like a chicken with his head cut off at this moment. I just want to make it easy as possible for my wife to get this done with out me there. |
