Go to the nearest large park, and they've got exercise equipment there.

I go to Olympic Park most evenings and they've basically got a fully equipped gym, broken up in different parts around the park.

I take the bus there, 900 won each way, assuming I go there about 5 days a week, the bus fare works out to be 36,000 won - much cheaper than an actual gym. And it's nice to be outside.
