He'll just claim that he was drunk at the time, and that we must "consider his difficult situation" (whatever that might be) and all will be forgiven.
He'll keep his job at the school. |

Wonder if he ever did it to his own students? Guess we'll never know with the way things are hushed up in Korea. |

The top court also said the verdict was made to protect people's right not to be photographed. |
That's the most interesting line and no surprise.
I was googling for some Korean celeb, using hanguel and came across this odd picture site:

There is a disturbing number of photos of high school girls there, and not being lauded for their studying skills. |

For heaven's sakes why oh why can't they just name and shame these bastards? Name him and force him to resign and I'm sure that he will be the last head who tries something like this. |

Probably because they would commit suicide.
Face is very important. Not only does he himself look bad, but so does his entire family, extended, even anyone who closely knows him. (ie. how can you associate with a dirtball like that). That kind of ostrication (spelling?) is so bad, he'd probably hang himself. |

I'm of two minds on this;
1. I think people have a certain right to privacy. If they don't want to be photographed, they shouldn't be.
2. We a 'photographed' and 'videotaped' ALL THE TIME! If people are going to object to photographs in public, where does it end? |

So? They've already got kids commiting suicide like it's their job, why not let the people who probably *cough* deserve it get a chance to join in the fun? Hell, look at Japan. A year doesn't go by without at least one shamed politician offing himself. |
