So it's a long weekend and I'm in a dilemma on what to do.... I live in the sticks about equal distance from Seoul and Busan and pretty much anywhere else in between.
I'd like to go to Seoul, 5 hours away. But this is last minute and all the friends have plans, so I'd be alone partying, sight seeing alone etc.... Hostals are all booked up, save a couple in Hyewha Station area, kinda far from Hongdae.
Busan is the other option, PIFF is this weekend, not interested in that, plus I just moved away from Busan so it be like old times... drinking at the old pubs/clubs etc.... again all the friends are busy.
I'm a couple hours from Pohang, been there briefly, don't know much about it. I'm looking for a good time drinking/socializing with people. So what ya'll think? I am at you disposal! |

Now that I think of it, what's up in Daejeon? I've never been there. What's the bar scene like... any good? suggestions perhaps/ directions? |

Normally I do Spliffy, but it's a 3 day weekend and here in old Hupo there's about as much to do as there is in the toilet. |

Yah Daegu is awesome and not so far as the other places. I've been there 6 times and it's all good. Looking for something different to be honest. Better planning is needed. I really want to go to Seoul but due to lack of planning its not a possibility. Again anyone from Daejeon who may be reading this have any ideas? Want to meetup possibly?
There's a thought.... Let's have a Dave's get together.. ever been done? |
