Uberscheisse: you are essentializing the United States into yet another angry, antiAmerican stereotype: "a country that talks so much smack about how awesome democracy is."

"Democracy" is about much, much more than presidential elections. But I do not care to "debate" this with you further. So take your aggressive attitude and stick it up your tight, prudish, elitist ass.

You are garbage.

Nice thread you have created here, Canuckistan.

2 points and i can send you on your way, grandma.

1. i'm not an elitist - but i am an idealist. if i was an elitist, i'd say shit like "don't let stupid people vote." which has been posed as a good idea by many politicians.

2. if you get so bent out of shape about profanity you have chosen a very inappropriate avatar.

i feel strongly that this election is important, as were the last 2. i think voting is important.

you come off as more of an elitist than i could ever hope to, fool.

I edited my post to avoid further provoking you, apparently to no avail, howler-monkey.

You feel strongly that the election and voting are important but you despise "America's" emphasis on "democracy" in world affairs? And you choose to articulate this by fantasizing slapping around those who abstain from politics? You take the 36% of those who did not vote in 2004 and call them 40% or 50%? Do I hear 60%? Call me "fool" all you like. It is my experience that people who talk and lie as aggressively as you do on the internet are pussies in real life.

if you were sitting across the table from me i'd say the same thing.

i'm aiming my ire at people who don't take part in a basic right and then piss and moan about it afterwards. they deserve a quick smack. that's all.

When posters hurl that kind of invective in their posts, I want to see them. Thanks for posting links to that on your webpage, by the way.

Another howler-monkey type who immediately resorts to insults and slapping people around to get them to change their voting behavior. Good for you. I imagine it feels pretty powerful to call J. McCain "a lying sack of shit" on the internet, too.

And oh yeah: you are garbage.

Remember: I have already seen your face. I do not know if I can stand to see it again.

And I think you are bluffing and playing the tough guy. No matter. Post your address, toughie.

consider yourself pm'd, bea arthur.

oh yeah and ditch the avatar, tough guy. anyone posting a pic of JN wouldn't have started menstruating furiously over words like "shit", "douche" and "vagina". in fact he'd probably embrace them as mantra.

better avatar - here

Subject: directions.

i'm moving in 10 days. i am not certain of my new address, but if you want you can meet me at the hirayama bait and tackle shop in hirai.

first, get to tokyo station. go out the yaesu south exit and look for the bus that goes to kashima jingu station.

ride that - ask the driver to tell you for the stop "kashima shiaksho" (city hall).

once you're there, keep walking in the direction the bus was headed. take your first left. you will pass a sports store called "kamui" and a mr. donut. take another left, and continue on that road for a few kilometers. you'll go under a bridge, and on the left is hirai chu 平井中 (hirai middle school).

cross the 4 lane road (the 255) and then turn right. hirayama bait and tackle will come up eventually. there should be a payphone at the gas station across the street - if not, there are a few convenience stores (family mart, coco) across the 255 where you should be able to find one.

090-6615-2835

if that is still impossible, then here's how to find my apartment - there's a little diagonal street in the rear right side of the hirayama parking lot. go down there and take your first left. walk about 100 meters and you'll see a reddish 4-plex apartment building beside a weird old corrugated-steel building. my door is around the back, in the far left corner.

here is a picture of it, from the realtor's website:

hope to see you soon,
sean

Haha. So, Gopher, will you be getting on an airplane in the next 10 days to get down with a hakwon cowboy? His pic is classic esl.

Sure. I love tough guys. Actually, perhaps I might send our friend Sean an American-flag lapel pin, courtesy Phyllis Schlafly, and some flowers, expressing my condolences for his personality.
