So I'm watching my Cubbies online but the quality is terrible. I have been watching MLB.TV but they have blocked out the playoffs in Korea.

So how are you watching it? Got a link to a good quality stream? Any bars opening early to host the games? Thank you kindly.

Hey buddy, sorry- rough first game for the Cubbies.

I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out a way to watch the playoffs (die hard Bosox fan here)... Check the xports schedule (don't have a link- sorry), as they replay some games (sometimes late at night, and sometimes only highlights). Have your co-teacher help you.

I have MLB.TV... I thought the playoffs were blocked in South Korea as well, but I can watch the Phillies/Brewers game. Maybe it's because I registered from my home address in America and used that credit card.

Do you work mornings? They show all or most of the games live on Xsports.

Good luck, dude. I know some people don't understand how important this is... but I do. I was thinking of just calling in sick for the next two weeks and probably getting fired, but then Josh Beckett got injured... between MLB.TV and replays and being five minutes from school, I should be able to watch a good chunk of the games, and the last few innings of almost all of them.

Goddamn New England sports teams... stop going to so many championships so I don't have to have this problem!! It was a pain in the ass to watch the Celtics win it all as well.

Red Sox 4-1

That's 10 in a row against the Angels in the postseason now.

Yeah, it was pretty rough today. God damn Cubs.

Here's a link. The quality is not so good so if anyone has something better ...please, please post.

Thanks for the suggestions Tom. I would watch the games on TV here but I like to hear the commentators...in English...I can't do the Korean. And why do they say strikes/balls instead of balls/strikes here? For some reason that really pisses me off.

Yeah, today I tried watching MLB TV but they told it was blocked bc I'm in Korea. I will try and change my settings so I can watch.

Here are a couple of links I use to listen to the games while watching TV - in particular the Red Sox.

Hope they're useful.

Do you guys not get the games on TV? I've got standard cable and there's a station here that's always playing at least one of the postseason games a day...watched my Sox pound at the Angels today and loved every minute of it.

The games are on Xsports. They played the first and now they're playing the third game (which the Cubs are obviously losing because they'll never win anything). I stopped caring about what they do. I'm tired of being disappointed year after year after year. You can also listen to the live audio of every game if you have MLB.tv.

Xports has been sucking big time this postseason. In the past, they would practically run MLB games 24/7(including replays) on their channel. Now, it is peppered with irrelevant K-league games and other junk. Like most things in Korea, they decided to get more nationalistic because the K-team won gold in the Olympics and they've watered it all down to where it just isn't that good anymore. Just be thankful that we've got the Internet for that and football. Thank the heavens for channel surfing and Justin.tv, for without them, we'd be screwed for sports here.

I'm a Dodger fan.

I feel bad for the cubs. We pummeled you into the ground. There's realy no other expplanation. I mean, it really isn't fair in a five game series, these guys didn't hit the ball, you don't hit the ball, you lose. It ain't complicated. I mean, Soriano had one hit? Manny was like lights out. Dodgers are rocking baby!
