They're going to have to update those GPU's to claim that it's a "Dream Machine".

Where's the 10,000rpm drives?
3,199 pounds is over 6000usd!!! You could get a helluva better for $6000. I would value that PC at around $2000. Tops.
I would never buy a complete system by any brand like HP, Dell etc. Alienware do better PC's for a lot less than $6000. Also, of course, never buy computer stuff in rip-off UK. |

I read an article on this machine a few weeks back and I think it's well overpriced. It's indeed and awesome performing machine but you could build a better machine for half the price. |

computer hardware is the worst investment in the world. give the blackbird a couple of months and the price will be about half. in 3 years they won't be able to give the damn things away. |

Ya you would have to be pretty dumb to buy a system configured for SLI but then get crossfire cards for it too lol.
You could easily get a MUCH better system than that for around half price. |

Far less.
I built my computer a month ago for something like 1/8th of the price, and performance would be very similar for stuff that isn't quad-core optimized. |
