So let's all start taking bets on how much the won will fall today!

I say it'll reach 1390 before trading ends. The DJIA fell 500 points, a common occurance these days, and this will no doubt effect the market. I hope I'm wrong.

itll pass 1400.....but i dont really care.

Prefer it to get sub-800 for the NZD. 839 - 1NZD is just BS as far as im concerned.
Jumped from 780 last week to this crap.

These threads are like driving by a car accident-I don't really want to look but the fascination compels me.


I stopped writing on my calendar the depreciation of the won on September 23. I'm not wiring anything back home, and using credit cards here a bit more.

I guess I win, but I was off by two days. The T/C (wire transfer) rate with KEB is now at 1399.50.

Don't look at XE for the rates. You should be looking at a bank like KEB and check their T/C rate because that's the rate you would get if you were to exchange money and wire it back home.

It hit 1400 a few min ago then dipped back to 1393.
