I'm looking for gyms in my area. My Korean co-workers haven't a clue and I don't know either how to find one. There's one place across the street I can see from my window that says 헬스 but doesn't look so good from the outside. I tried looking for one in my building but everything's in hangeul so I can't figure out if there's one. What are some good places in Dobong-gu or at least northereastern Seoul? Alternately, what are some famous gym chains in Seoul? I'm sampling too much of this Korean food and want to burn some.

if you see the sight that says health in hangeul, just go in and check it out. if u dont know that language like me, just go in and make the motion that youre going to look around.

im closeby in uijeongbu, theres tons of decent gyms everywhere if youre just looking for a treadmill and machines. all you have to do is look at a building, look up and search for the treadmills at the windows edge.

i have a different problem as i cant find a gym closeby with decent free weights.

may as well just go in that one place you saw to check it out.
