Hey folks. I'm just sending out a feeler here. Is anyone in the Incheon intersted in English Tae kwon do classes? They are a bit out of the way(In New Songdo), but we can arrange a drive from Dongmak Station as well.

Classes will focus on fitness, flexibilty and form. If you are intersted in a good fight, I am sure we can accomodate you as well. PM me if interested.

I live on fantasy island (Songdo). At Dongmak station exit at the Water treatment plant exit, I forgot the number. Catch the number 8 bus and it will take you to the business area of songdo. If you are pressed for time you can also take the 6 or the 6-1 bus but they will drop you off one block East of the business area.

I would love to join you but my hip would protest.

Hey Crockpot,

I'm sure we could take it easy on the old hip and get you some extra flexibility. I was in a serious car accident and TKD has actually helped limber me up.

You should give it a try for a month.

My heart says to do it but my mind says no. I have a significant amount of steel in my hip thanks to a Subaru running over me. The steel is the limiter not soft connective tissue.

My heart wants to know what it costs per month.

It's 100 000 won per month. Given the value of todays won, it's a downright steal!!!!!!!!!

That's for five days a week.

I was hit by a car several years ago. I suffered alot of soft tissue damage but I had a god recovery. Needless to say, I've been there. So, I would do my best to accomodate you knowing your history

I can personally do a routine for you where you would be doing mostly upper body movements and minimalise all aggressive kicking. We can work on a lot of stretching, flexible movement, blocing and striking.

It's just around the corner, and if I can get a few people interested, I will go ahead with it and work individually with less experieced students, while the more advanced students can work with the Koreans.

If you are interested, give it a try for a month if you can't do it, I'll personally refund your money.
