The GOP hangs it all out and nominates Ron Paul.

A month before the election, the economy drops into an abyss not seen since The Waltons.

Did the the GOP choose the wrong candidate?

I think you mean that the GOP blew it because they didn't nominate Ron Paul.


That is correct.


He predicted this crisis.

I predicted this crisis.

The Austrian school of Economics predicted this crisis.


It is happening exactly as predicted.


Ron Paul would have won had the GOP had the foresight to nominate him.



Chances are now 50/50 that within 5 or 6 years we'll be back on a gold standard of some kind.

What we need is a rigid 100% gold standard.
