Does anyone know of a good weight gainer they've used that I can order off of Gmarket or Auction website? Has anyone tried Dream Gainer 1300 or something like that? How bout Power Gainer. Back home I was using Cytogainer which had a lot of carbs, proteins, a little creatine, and everything else I needed. Plus it tasted pretty good.
I weigh 135lbs and I would really like to gain at least 10 or 15 lbs while I'm here. I'm 27 and I'm tired of looking like a high school kid. A couple years ago I took weight gainer and was working out regularly and I gained 5 lbs in two months, but then I took a break because of school and work, but I never went back to working out until recently. But I need a good weight gainer to take before and after workouts. And please don't respond with, "just eat more food." |

If your diet is good you don't need a weight gainer; just eat more food.
Just kidding. Check out this site: http://www.mass119.com
On the left side of the screen is a menu titled "Products." Click on "헬스보충제", which is second from the bottom before "Customer Service." They have a huge selection of muscle building workout supplements.
Oh, one more thing: get a Korean to order for you. You need a Korean National ID number (not going to rant, but tempted). |

Up your caloric intake lil man, weight gain powder will only give you gas, find some beef, potatoes, chicken, rice, get into a regime of eating carb dense and protein rich together every 3-4 hours. Unless you're post 30's it's hard to gain weight in this country, there is no god damn food! |

The beef here is either too expensive or tastes really weird. So, lately I've just been eating a lot of buckwheat pasta and chicken. But I'd like to get some weight gainer too because it will just add to the amount of calories that I'm already eating. Plus, I don't always feel like making a 5 course meal every day. I found some Cytogainer on Mass119.com. 98% lactose free too. Sweet! |

Weight gain shakes are intended as "supplements", you need to up your core intake of high calorie dense foods rich in protein and complex carbs, you're on the right track with the buckwheat and chicken, but cough up the extra dough for the meat. Most dudes I see in Seoul are living testaments to lack of protein and too much simple carbs., think big melons and petite frames (no homo). |

Yeah, I'll only use it as a supplement, not a meal replacement. I'm gonna go make some chicken and rice right now. I wasn't a huge beef eater back home. And then I tasted Australian and it turned me off even more. Haha. Sorry Aussies. I'm sure there's some good cuts out there, but I haven't found any... |
