Hey Guys,
I'm planning to live in Jeongja and have seen many places..now got to decide where to stay!
I'm stuck as I don't know where to get things for the apartment, such as furniture, bed, TV, TV package, internet, etc (it doesn't help when you don't know any Korean!).
Do they have home department stores? I haven't seen any big electronic stores (everywhere I go, they only have a handful of TVs, etc)...do they have any?
Are prices better here or in Seoul? What English channels do they have? At the hotel they only have OCN and AXN and all they show is CSI!
Thanks! |

Will your employer not help you with that? |

No one where you work is Korean? I had to get all my own crap but they still helped me find some of it. (Though now that I think about it "they" refers exclusively to my other foreign coworkers.) |

There's a Homever right by Yatap Station. It's in a building that also has a lot of furniture stores in the lower levels, too, so should be able to get most everything you need there.
There's also an E-Mart, but it's not near any subway stops, kind of hard to explain where it is. |
