Thanks, same to you!

I should roast a chicken and pretend it's a turkey; but I already have a big pot of chili made that needs to be eaten... so it's a 'Mexican' Thanksgiving for me! Laughing

Too late now I guess but you could always top it with dried cranberries and an aluminum foil turkey!

Hope you both had a good one! I had a chicken and bacon risotto in the French quarter with a friend. Not a cranberry in sight!

For today the closest thing I had to Thanksgiving was cranberry cereal...
