I went up for the Oktoberfest in Dongducheon on Saturday evening. It was like a ZZ Top concert - middle aged freaks/bikers everywhere (good to see some diversity in Korea for a change).
These guys looked/acted American and didn't appear to be English teachers, and they certainly weren't American soldiers (maybe 30 years ago they were).
It was like a Twilight Zone episode. Where did all of these dudes come from? |

| There is an American motorcycle club in Korea. It's called American Steel. Mostly American guys who work on the bases here. Yes, most of them were soldiers, but they work for Boeing, Raytheon, GM, etc. |
