So whats a cool park in Seoul? Somewhere green with trees stuff like that. I have been told Children's Grand Park is a bit crappy and Seoul Grand Park a bit out of the way. So whats the popular opinion on good large green areas?

Thanks for any info folks.

Even though you came to my thread and crapped all over it here are some awesome parks;

Haneul park,
Olympic park near Jamsil,
Seoul forest,
The one near Yongsan,
The one in Dehangro (this one is great but hidden),
Namsan park,
Boramae park,
Ehwa uni (nice view up there) Yonsei as well,
Gyong-buk-kong of course,
Yoeido park,
Independence park

Among all these great parks, Olympic park rocks the most!
You ought to be nicer to DA MAN!

Thanks, didn't mean it to come across as crapping all over your thread, was just stating that 5 pages of guess yelling at each other was a bit much lol that's all.

There is a Forest Reserve not too far from Korea University. If you go pass the main gate so that it's on your left, take the 2nd street right. You'll pass over a river and go down another kilometer or so. The place is on your left. Very out-of-Seoul feel in the middle of Seoul. Sorry I don't have the name or a link, better find out directions with a map for safety.

Boramae Park isn't particularly nice looking.

The best parks are all the ones involving climbing up to a peak where you get a great view of the city.

I live near Boramae, it's just a bit of green land with a nice backdrop and some flowers - oh and a lake. Nothing special, but very nice if you live near there.
