Is that what that was? I sure didn't see the people on the street outside running for cover!

I was in a friend's shared office and commented, "oh, I guess it's the fifteenth!" No one seemed to notice.

I've heard those before, and my first thought was "here come the NKs", and then I thought maybe it was a fire drill. Heard it again today. Now I know what it is.

Not every month and sometimes if the 15th lands on a Sunday, they will have it on the 16th.

At my school and outside, no one but me batted an eye.

Man, if NK ever decides to really come in, the 15th is the day to do it.

Oh, did I mention that on a clear day I can see the DMZ?

oh man! yes for a second i was like, wtf is going on that sure sounds like on of those terrible bomb sirens. but i noticed no one was really caring or noticing so i just ignored it. maybe i'm too trusting. i missed it last month so i really had no idea. actually the first thing i thought of was tornados for some reason. we get those in florida but we dont have any neat sirens. BUT i did play lot of sim city 2000 , so thats why i thought of it. so if its not the 15th and those go off do people freak out? or does that just not happen?

I noticed them for the first time a couple years ago after I had just moved to Korea and the NK boys had just done their underground test. It was pretty creepy where I was, with everyone stopped and many out of their cars. I was really expecting an air raid.

I was gonna do a Jinju impression....OMG! IT'S WAR! But I didn't want people thinking I'm his sock so didn't bother. I rather wish I did now.
