What is the longest time that you have spent in a jimjilbang?
As for me, the longest that I have spent in one was for 36 hours. |

A coupla years ago I made a pact to spend a weekend in a jjimjilbang with a buddy. We never went through with it.
It wasn't quite as lame as it sounded because it was an awesome jjimjilbang. As well as the regular stuff it also had a swimming complex included. We made this pact at about 2am after we'd broken into the swimming area (I think it closed about 11pm) and were happily riding the water-slides and frolicking in the pools whilst drinking our beer in the almost dark. It probably would have been more awesome if we'd brought along a couple of chicks.. but we'd neglected that part of the equation. It was definitely part of our plans for our future weekend jjimjilbang foree though.
Anyway I have mad respect for anyone who's spent more than 24hrs in a jjimjilbang (unless they live there.. like in that movie I forget the name of). They are lovely places.
I think that if one started a jjimjilbang marathon it might be picked up by the local newspapers and one could almost make oneself a celebrity out of it. I bet Mi-Su or whatever her name is would enjoy that. Assuming there were some attractive people involved as well, that is. |

Actually, if I decide to switch jobs after I finish my current contract next year, then I might apply for a tourist visa and then attempt a jimjilbang marathon. Maybe, I might try for a month... |

About 18 hours. I could do 24, easy, if it wasn't that busy. |
