Rachel Maddow shows the comedy efforts of both McCain and Obama. Surprisingly, Ron Paul was not a guest.

Go to http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/27231593#27231593
for McCain's stand up....

Then and only then, go to http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/27231593#27231610
for Obama's turn in the spotlight.

PS: At the end, doesn't John McCain give a fine concession speech? Laudable.

I was on the phone so I didn't get the first vote in. McCain clearly won that stand off...er, up. He does deliver a joke well and his comedy writers were definitely on a roll. Obama did OK, but McCain revealed a flair for humor that I didn't know he had.

McCain was so funny. I love McCain. He is so cool. He rocks. I really wish he was chosen in 2000 by the GOP. I really like the guy, especially the McCain of 2000. He is a real Republican in my book more than many others. He reminds me of an old-style Republican from the good old days. I was laughing when he spoke:)

Yeah, that was impressive by McCain! Too bad he didn't run a campaign like that.
