There's nothing that says K-land like wearing a shiny silver suit and a pink tie while sitting cross legged on the floor listening to some sugar-coated, fructose-laden, sacharine and asparatame-drenched, syncopated K-pop while admiring the faux, Victorian era furnishings and eating 'something' covered in red pepper sauce, that normally lives under a rock on the beach.

The silver suits Embarassed . What a disaster. Koreans and their obsession with appearance. You might look a little more impressive if you actually had some substance(things like integrity and honor).

You're claiming that no Koreans have integrity and honor? Or only the ones wearing silver suits?

Remember Rachtet in the animated movie called Robots about 3 years ago? The silver titanium looking suits remind of Ratchet.

I'll go for something with less shine and something no so corporate gray and silver looking.

I think silver is going out of style. I've got a silk silver suit, which actually looks pretty good with purple or pink shirt. Korean women love it. Alas, I'm married now, and have nobody else to impress.

If it's actual silk, then yes I imagine it does look good; what I like about silk is that it has a sheen to it without being shiny or gaudy. I have a steel gray silk sports coat with windowpane stripes and get compliments on it too.

It sounds like you have good taste in clothes.

Thanks. The silk suits don't last long compared to a regular suit. They are somewhat delicate. I call it my gack-doo-gee suit.

Why gack doo gee? I have one, and I do believe it's known as a "kkal-chi" suit.
Isn't gack doo gee the hairstyle of Gangbuk high schoolers (besides, obviously, being the food)?

gak-doo-gee is indeed a hairstyle, but the term is used to describe mafia tough-guy bouncer men with that haircut.
