| i just picked up madden 2005 pc from the bargain bin (new to footbal gaming, never played madden series before), great game.. but i can't figure out how to kick/punk. there's a meter.. and no matter what i do i either lands on the 50 yard line or goes out of bounds around the 50 yard line.. and i've never kicked a field goal in yet. anyone know how this kicking works?? i'm playing with a playstation style logitech gamepad. |

| Aim, hit the button once to start the meter, and hit it again to kick. I think it's bad if you let the meter hit the top, but it's been a while and I don't really remember. Hell, it could have been a side to side meter. |

it's like a half moon meter
shaped like a C
i press button 2 (X on playstation) and it goes up.. when do you press the botton again to get a good kick?? you press it somewhere before it hits the top.. or after it hits the top and on the decline...
i cannot understand these meters... i know how to pitch good on mlb the show 08 though... but the madden meter is completely different |
