Has the pain finally left you? Are people more accepting of you now? Harpeau is a trained counsellor if you need someone to talk to. |

I ran into the guy that didn't send books to spliff. He was telling everyone about it in Gecko's last weekend.
Basically, spliff insulted him during the transaction and that was the icing on the cake. Spliff called him a "foolish boy". I don't know the specifics.
Spliff started off this thread, but he wasn't really providing the facts.
But, scams are not good too. |
Elliot my dear boy, how are you.
Are you enjoying your freedom now? I understand that you spend a lot of time in and around Itaewon now. You feel quite comfortable going out and about on that certain H Hill, with other likeminded men.
Glad you came here to rub salt in the wounds. I have been waiting for you to make an appearance. |
Sobriquet, I can understand that you, as well as many people on this forum are upset with the actions of this Eliot character. You may feel the need to rub salt in his wounds, but surely you can be a little more imaginative and tactful than poking fun at his sexual orientation. It is not only horribly uncreative but also rather juvenile and underhanded. That particular lifestyle choice has no correlation to the current situation and therefore is a moot point. Perhaps just stick to the fact that he was too spineless to answer for his actions on this forum. I think weve all progressed far enough along from our junior high days to realize that poking fun at gays is super lame. |
Quite the opposite.
Elliot and I are friends of sorts. The humor is more of a personal joke between the two of us after the first couple of emails about this 'spliffy' situation.
He told me he would be back. Dave banned his account after this debacle. Didn't know what username it would be under, but he assured me it would be an amusing one. It certainly is.
So poking fun at gays I'm not, having an inside joke with my bizarrely straight but most definitely gay friend, I am.
So stick it up your bum before Elliot does. |

As bad as Spliff might be in your opinion, how does that warrant stealing?
You're comparing apples to oranges buddy............. |

| This thread is so stupid in so many ways, it's enough to scare me back off of ESLCafe again for a while. Ugh. |

Though, thinking back, it is much quieter around here without them (which is a welcomed relief) |

| Inukshuk's apparently back under a different name. Spliff has been rumored to be back under a new name as well. |

| Eliot is alive and well just like sobriquet thought. He is trying to sell something else but several people have called him out on really being Inukshuk. Having gone back and read page 10 and 11 of this post I realize he definitely is here under another name. Will the sale of THIS item go without a hitch? We shall see.............. |

Thats a negative. I offered to buy one item, and as soon as I asked for his bank info to wire the money, he went strangely silent. This, of course, a day or 2 after someone called him out on being Elliot. |
