Amy Poehler's rap was funny. She's such an animal--I love her!

Yeah, Amy rocked it!

Sarah Palin was supposed to do that rap, but she didn't have the balls. I'm glad Amy did though!

Sarah Palin should just continue to keep her pie hole shut.

There is that famous leftist tolerance for -- nay, demand for -- diversity and inclusion in American democracy rearing its pretty little head again...

I'm a card carrying member of the NRA, so you should just back the F up.

You could always use the line my husband, a hunter and NRA member, has been trying out on me whenever we've reviewed the family finances lately:

"I'm voting for Obama because that gives me the excuse to go out and buy more guns since he's going ban them soon!!!"

The John McCain Trash Talk Express is starting to pick up speed. Now his wife is starting to flap her nasty trap.

Did anyone else watch the rest of the skits between the two Palin ones? Absolutely unfunny. Granted its been like 10 years since I last saw SNL, but I remember it being far more entertaining. Seriously the other skits made Korean Gag concerts look like comic masterpieces.

SNL is generally terrible. Weekend Update is a disaster next to the Daily Show etc.

I didn't watch the Palin clip. Maybe later.

It has lost all that it had in the 1980s through the mid-1990s.

Not really. Will Ferrel was pretty freakin hilarious when he was on there. Arguably as good as the Eddie Murphy years.

I always hear that argument from NRA supporters...that Dems are going to ban all guns...but I don't get that argument. I never hear Dems running on that for their campaign, or making campaign promises for it, etc. I think it is VERY safe to assume that if Obama gets elected, it is almost guaranteed that gun-toting Americans will still be toting their guns.
