When your contract is all said and done, 1 year at 2.2million/month, what is the expected year end bonus, including flight worth?

Canadians get pension, tax, flight, and 1 month bonus? Is this correct?

I'm trying to figure out exactly what I will get back when I'm done here.

Thanks!

Severance pay should be the average of your last three months pay.

The flight cost depends on where you live.

'Lump sum' pension refund will be the 4.5% you contributed plus the 4.5% the employer contributed = 9%.

I'm not aware you are entitled to any tax refund at the end of your contract.

Severance pay = 1 months salary (2.2 mil)
Pension is equal to about one month's salary, you will have to do some math to get the exact number, but let's assume about (2.2 mil)
Airfare value depends on where in Canada you fly to, so let's assume around (1 mil)
Don't forget your security deposit if you paid it (600,000)

All in all, it should be worth around 5.5-6 million won.

You are entitled to a tax refund at the end of the calendar year, but you should probably wait til close to the end of your contract to ask for it.

don't forget you get you last month of pay. so add the 5 million to 2.2 more and it works out to 7.2 million won. this is why so many people stay in shite situations just to get to the last month.
