You'll get all the info you need on these two boards:

http://forum.seoulsounds.com/
http://www.02pro.com/

The techno, especially minimal, presence is pretty strong on Seoul Sounds. Also a good place for house too.

There are always posters up around Itaewon and Hongdae for the big names coming in. I think I remember seeing that John Digweed is playing on November 14th or 15th. However, it's at Club Mass, so I won't be attending.

Seoul's only monthly techno night is celebrating their first anniversary this Saturday in Hongdae - We Love Techno. Always a good party there. If you've gone on the Seoul Sounds board, then I'm sure you've seen it. Good place to meet other local techno heads as well.

Hmm..unfortunately set times are like back home, headliners don't usually come on till 1 and trains end at 12. Usually people from out of town either get a room or take the train back in morning. Trains begin at around 5 I think.

It is quite a good time for techno and minimal in Seoul at the moment.

I think I have heard at least one techno or minimal set every weekend for at least the last month: Adam Beyer, Seoulsounds Party, We Love Techno, Shlomi Aber, Chigae.

The "We Love Techno" event this week is absolutely one to get to if you are into this sort of thing.

Another one to keep your eye out for are the "Awake" events. They had Shlomi Aber play a solid set 2 weekends back at Club Air in Apgujeong. They've got Maxime Dangles from Kompakt coming in November and Sascha Funke in December.

There are plenty of other unrelated events at which you can hear some derivative of techno.

I am yet to hear what I would consider a pure "electro" set here in Seoul. Granted though, I haven't really been looking that hard. If you like electro-house or stuff similar to the old electro-clash sort of sound (think more indie than b-boy) then there are events that cater to that.

As has already been mentioned. Get yourself onto seoulsounds.com or 02pro.com if you want to find out about events.

There is also a group called "Techno in Korea" on facebook ,if you are on that.
