|
|
Long story short, the tank lid on my toilet dropped to the floor and smashed to bits.
So instead of telling my boss, him getting an expensive plumber to replace and overhaul whatever, then charging me for it, I'd rather just go out myself and buy a new tank lid for my toilet.
The question is where? (In or near Seoul) |

Jungno area has a lot of plumbing stuff. It's along the Cheong-gye-chon river in the Jungno area.
Jungnoguru may know (spelling of his name may be wrong). |

Yes, in Jongno around the subway stops Chungmuro, Eljiro 3-ga, and Eljiro 4-ga are lots of different markets and arcades such as plumbing, electronics, lighting, etc. Very cool afternoon for people who like DIY projects. |

What are them toilets that have the power assist flushing?
I remember back home a friend of mine installed some pressurized toilet where when you flushed it sounded like a jet engine. Scared the crap out of me, no pun intended.
The benefit of that kind of toilet? He said it would literally take a brick to clog the f-er. |

I guess I'd go to a toilet parts store. Maybe a hardware store. If you know any English speaking Koreans, ask them where you can buy these sorts of things. |
