I quit scouts at Star after 2 "scout mothers" decided they wanted more power than our scout masters. "Don't climb that tree." "You shouldn't have a knife." "I'm going to talk to your mother." "Stop trying to smother me in my sleep with a rotting dog carcass." Bitches.

I think he means mothers of scouts

It's called Queen's Scout in Australia, which I didn't get. But I did get my sewing badge!

Yes, mothers of scouts. They are supposed to help out if needed, like if male leaders were too busy once in a while. But we had 2 scout mothers who, somehow, became the regular leaders/enforcers/etc. and lots of people quit or joined other troops because they were too....motherly, in a bad way like Kyle's mom on South Park.

Me too.

We had "Den mothers" in Cub Scouts, but by the time I got to Boy Scouts women leaders were just called "Scout leader" or "scout master" like any of the males involved.
