Hi, I'm looking for a super cheap laptop that I can bring with me while traveling. All it needs to do is run word processing and have a working USB port.
I don't care if its running windows 95 and has a battery that can hold a charge for 3 seconds. (in fact, I don't care if there even is a battery as long as I can plug it in.. it'll save some weight.)
So if anyone would like to rid themselves of such a miserable piece of machinery just let me know and I'll give a new, more useful life.
P.S . Does anyone know how much it will cost me to fedex my laptop to Canada, including insurance? |

Try auction.co.kr. Shipping a laptop would cost $100 or more, I think. |

it just so happens I have such a nb but am not sure why you want such a machine - even if it has a usb - you are limited to what you can plug in - in my case I do have an external drive just because the hard drive holds a whopping 2 gig - as I said, yes, I have such a machine - is quite old
in fact, was said to have been a 5 million won computer when it was new - I paid 250,000 for it and it's lasted me 5 years! is on win 98, korean version.
does no longer have word on it but you can put it on - as long as it's not an XP version - it can't run xp, too slow
pm me and we can talk about it - I keep it around for streaming radio online - don't want it to wind up in a trash heap somewhere - but am leaving next year and have to do something with it. would be nice if someone wanted it |
