Actually, I deleted my own post cause I agreed it may have been a little over the top (at least for the first few dates). But now that I may have the chance to troll on some sniveling Jesus freak I'll go that way.

Still sad to see you posting.
Sad.. Sad..

Parks in Seoul can be a little disappointing, but there are more interesting museums than you can shake a stick at. If you're in Angkuk, why not check out the Chicken Art Museum?

There are also some really crazy theme-bars in town, like the cyber-bar in Hongdae or the dog-bar in Shinchon (there are now 7 puppies there too!)

You should be applauding him for promoting anal sex. It's a great way to preserve virginity before marriage.

Thanks for the replies, Not sure if the anal is really her cup o' tea though. The other ideas were great though. We are going on the ferry ride and riding bikes this weekend Smile

If anyone has any other ideas, keep em comin' I know that other people who are new to the area and just starting dating might find this useful as well.
A.

My favorite place is the Leeum Samsung Art Museum, near Itaewon. Impressive. It costs 10,000 won and they have English tours on Sundays at 3pm.

Korean girls, like any girls, can be impressed by original idea, or put off by them. If it takes too much work it can be bad. That's why I date adventurous girls. If it it too strange, even if it is a good idea, it can be bad. This is very true in Korea if other people can see you doing something outside the box. If you think too much about it, it can be bad, like if it is too complicated or she knows you planned a lot of odd ball stuff.

Simple, but unique or foreign ideas are my favorite way to go, especially if it's something at my house that draws her there. "Want to see my exotic fish collection? We'll go after you finish this bottle of Jack with me." Back at the house, "Where are your fish?" "The pictures are on my computer. What would you like as a chaser?"

GALBI and SOJU (or BEER).

Korean women love to drink, it loosens them up for speaking English, and you actually get to know each other.

Its ALWAYS a WINNER.
