Hi, Im an english teacher from the U.S. living with my korean brother. We have a room for rent in a large (75 sq. m) villa that has private roof access (great for BBQs and sunsets).

The room itself is small. but the building is brand new (built in february) and the living room is quite large. The room is furnished, with a bed and small korean style desk and clothes rack. When I moved in I bought a new refrigerator, washing machine, sofa, TV, Wii, Internet connection, and water filter that you're welcome to use.

Rent is 400,000 per month with a 800,000 KRW deposit. (amount of deposit is negotiable if you're just starting out in korea) Utilities are included. Located just north of Sejong University. 10 minute walk to either Gunja Station or Childrens Grand Park Station on Line #7, the dark green line. Its about a 30 minute commute to Apgu, 20 minutes to Chungdahm or COEX. And easy access to line #5 at Gunja or line #2 at Kuendae. And direct buses to Gangnam and Apgu.

Male or Female welcome. There are two bathrooms and you would be sharing the larger one with my brother, but he is a very clean person who works korean hours, so he's never home except for the weekends anyway.

But you MUST LOVE DOGS. We have two small Yorkshire Terriers that are awesome, but they do bark at strangers and mean people.
