N. Korea threatens to turn S. Korea into 'debris'
SEOUL, South Korea (AP) -- North Korea has threatened to turn South Korea into "debris" and completely break off all relations if South Korea doesn't stop confrontational activities.
The North's military issued such a warning in a statement Tuesday carried by the country's official Korean Central News Agency.
The statement said "the puppet authorities had better remember that the advanced pre-emptive strike of our own style will reduce everything opposed to the nation and reunification to debris, not just setting them on fire."
The North cited the remarks by a South Korean general about a pre-emptive strike against the communist country and the defense minister about North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's health condition, and the propaganda leafleting by civic activists. |

If that's true, sounds like someone in the South has been imbibing a little too much too. |

I thought their 'turning Seoul into a sea of fire' threat was much better than this 'debris' threat. I think they're losing their touch. |

You know when you sit down and have dweaji kalbi bbq? And they put the pot of charcoal in the middle of the table? Seoul will resemble that.
God help us all. |

Is that the "BIG announcement" we have been waiting for??
The make that same annoucement (well sea of fire threat) every two months..
strange how they can make the annoucement again - when they are about to enter another "famine" which should reduce their population another million people... |

Wait a second....I thought the entire Korean war was the US and USSR's fault? I guess China must be somehow forcing the north to say such things. We all know they would never do such things to each other. Outsiders causing trouble again. |
