Windows is in English but computer thinks it's Korean. I'm using Windows Xp. It's all in English, but when I download things (eg. GOM Encoder) it says that I have a korean version.
Is there a way to change the language settings, so that my computer realises it's English not some half/half hybrid combo?
Thanks!
