| I think the North's threatening to wipe us out is kind of like the DPRK's version of "Korea has four seasons." I bet all the diplomats forced to go there make jokes on their diplomat message boards about how every time they meet a new North Korean they have to hear the same thing. |

It's true.
A few months back a SK Genral said something along those lines in relation to the DPRK's nuclear development. |

I really want to believe that the U.S. and South Korean governments have not been sitting around for 55 years and are just now coming up with a contingency plan for the possible collapse of the North.
