Kind of hard not to like him, in a way. The man's an absolute riot! Laughing

I like him like I like "Manos: The Hands of Fate"; so appallingly awful I can't help but be entertained.

i love him. and it has nothing to do with the fact that i'm from texas. Wink i don't care too much for his politics (or lack thereof), but i do find him incredibly amusing. the guy's damn hilarious. admit it.

I like him as a person, hate him as a politician.

I hate what he believes in, I hate what he does in the world and I think he's made a terrible contribution to life on this planet.

But if he had never been a politician, I'd definitely have him over for a beer.

I don't like Bush, but from what I see many people think it's "en vogue" to be a Bush hater. I see people saying "I hate GW Bush" simply because they think it will score them social points in some manner. It's kind of like back in 93 when Americans said " Uh yeah, I really do like the Achey Breakey".

This is a strange thread - a bunch of communist laden avatars talking about how much they love George W. Bush.

I guess an argument could be made that Bush is the biggest Socialist in American politics today!

I'd be happy to install him as commander-in-chief of the bar & grill at our next barbeque!

Bush had more problems to confront than any president since Roosevelt.

Like the English language, remembering the names of G7 leaders, and eating pretzels without choking?

Haha, yeah.

Basically, the guy would make a good neighbour. But giving him any responsibility higher than being the chief at the local police department is a huge mistake.

It's a President's job to HANDLE problems. The reason Bush had SO MANY PROBLEMS is because he was incompetent with dealing with problems.

Throughout the entire eight years, every thing he mishandled, I couldn't help but thinking how well-handled it would have been if say CLINTON was in office, etc.

He really is an incompetent leader. It was so obvious to me and millions of others all along that America was taking the wrong path, but we can't do nothing. Well, that's the thinking.

You're right, he probably would be a model neighbor in suburbia to invite over for weekend BBQ's and beer who manages a small business or chain store during the week. He's a pushover who does what his buddies want him to do instead of doing what is right in his professional responsibility. Just one of the good ol' boys in the good ol' boy club...

Any person who becomes President of the World's largest country in terms of might and wealth must do what they can to better humanity. He didn't. He destroyed good will, he didn't assist where people really need it. He was entrusted with a lot, yet he became untrustworthy.
This Iraq thing needn't have happened the way it did. It only did so because he was finishing what his very own dad started. That, is not acting responsibly in the interests of his people. That was a vendetta that soon became a seizure of goods and resources and a great deal of personal profiteering.
