Rent: 650,000w
Kitchen with fridge ice-maker and filtered water and an oven.
2 rooms. One large that is used as a living room.
Air-con in both rooms.
Separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.
It's unfurnished, but bed and wardrobe are for sale.
Great landlady
I've had a look at many apts over the last 2 months and this is a good deal!!!
