Why are all the school owners so bloody nosey..... Question

Why do they always want to know ALL your personal business....

My school owner insists that she knows all that goes on in our lives. When we take our baby to the doctor, why we took him, where and who we meet etc....

What will/does she want to do with the information ????

Do we tell her, NO !!!!!

Just want to know if some people experience/experienced the same and what they did ????

Awaiting your reply!!

Ah I know why,

Generally, that's how people show caring. It's like the boss is tring to get into your personal life to help you out.

My boss came over to my place (decided right that day) and he was questioning evvverrryyything. Honestly, I was slightly perturbed but not annyoed.

Anyways, at the end of it he offered to buy me curtains for the place. That's when it kind of hit me that all these questions and all this involvement was kind of his way of saying:

"hey I'm your boss, I want to make sure you're being cared of"

He asked me if my water was working. How's the hot water. Am I getting food to eat. Do I have friends (lol). What do I eat. When do I eat. Where do I eat. Hows the running water... IS IT FAST ENOUGH? (not really on my top 10 list of concerns).

I was thrown off by all the questions, but when I realized he was just trying to be nice I assured him all was well and the co teachers did a great job of taking care of me.

If your boss knows why you took your baby to the doctor its because the doctor told her. Get a new doctor without the help from anyone at work.

Your boss is trying to build "jung" with you.... a strong friendship. Be careful not to offend her. Just try to keep in the back of your head that Korean culture is different, people are closer and more inquisitive, and often nosey. A lot of differences happen between foreigners and Koreans over such things. Try to be friendly. Start asking questions about her and see how she reacts.

If you're dealing with an HONEST person, try to be polite. BUT, if that person has lied to you in the past, then you are wise to distrust them and their motives.

Yeap,

They want to show that they care about your state.

If you don't want them to have too much information, just give them generic answers that reveal little.
