Try Poscapo. A couple set is around 40,000 won or more and you get quite a bit of food and wine. Plus the interior is pretty pleasant.
It's past the fire station across the street, next to La Terrasse. |

I would go for The Flying Pan every time - it can get crowded as the food is so good, but you may be able to drop in an reserve a table beforehand. It's near the station, up the alleyway where the Hard Rock Cafe is. |

Is Wazwan good for a date?
If so, can you give me directions?
If not, which Indian place is best (moderately priced)? |

For a date I'd recommend The Loft above Thai Orchid - very good food or the French restaurant across from Three Alleys - Le Saint something... |

I didn't like the duck I had at Le St. Ex, it was overcooked and overpriced. I will say that the atmosphere is nice and I have had great lunch food there, but in my opinion La Cigale Montmartre has much better French food. It has the best steak frites I've had in Seoul....and the mussels were the best in Itaewon.
I find Kate has a nice atmosphere (It's in the basement of the building with scrooges (across from three alley) just near Bar Nana. The food isn't that great at night, but their brunch is wonderful.
Mignon has a nice terrace, and the food is good.
Saigon is a nice place, and had the best pho I've had in Seoul.
The little Italian joint (Trevia?) next to wolfhounds is great for pizza. It's intimate and the food is very reasonable.
Ape with Pipe might be the nicest restaurant (lovely view, interior) in Itaewon, but the last time I was there the food was disastrous. I have had really good food at that place, but can't go back because of the last meal. It was tragic, which sucks because I really want that place to do well.
My opnions. I loooooove food, and I think it is highly relative, so please take my views with a grain of salt. |

The greek place. Might spy a Korean celeb. If she's not such an adventurous Korean type then try one of the thai places. |

Wazwan is by the mosque.
Walk to the mosque.
When you get to it make sure it's on your left and keep walking straight.
Wazwan is down that street on the left. |

Itaewon is not a good place for a date.
How about Wolmido in Incheon. That seaside area is just lovely. It reminds me a lot of Rockaway Beach in NYC.

I'll be sure to live in Incheon in my next life.
Anyway, where is Zelen? C'mon, peeps, I'm not a soldier; I don't know every rock and pebble in Itaewon.
As for the mosque... if I'm walking away from Itaewon station/the Hamilton Hotel, I turn left at some point to get to the mosque, right? Help me out a bit. |

I'm no soldier either.
Zelen is behind the Hamilton by Bricx, up some stone steps at the end of the alley.
The mosque ...go to where Helios is at the intersection. Walk up the 7-11 street past what the book and turn left. Walk that way for a while. Follow directions as I write them before. |

You're comparing apples and oranges. A place to go one night vs a day trip. |
