In another post some Suwoners expressed some interest in getting together at some point. Suwon is a big city, and having an event like this is a good way to get to know your neighbours. Unlike Seoulites, we don't see enough foreigners and actually need to organize stuff like this.

Anyway, a lot of people in the thread suggested this Friday as a good time to hang out. I'd say yes, but I think the turn out would be low. It's too short notice and the majority of people have other obligations.

I'm thinking about Saturday night, or possibly even Sunday. Would anyone be interested?

I suggest the Now Bar in Yeongtong (by Homeplus), but am open to suggestions. I'm not much of an organizer, so I'm going to let this one roll with you guys and we'll pick a time that's good for everyone. I'll do my best to show up.

Discuss!

What about early Saturday evening at Paldamun ? We can walk the wall around Suwon, and look for victims.

I am in for Saturday. Paldalmun sounds like a good, central place for us to meet, too. Someone want to suggest a time and specific place? The only real landmark around Paldalmun that I know of is the Daiso 1000 won shop - also a handy place to know about. (Someone is now sure to point out Paldalmun itself as a landmark. In 3, 2, 1...)

Didn't you know, Paldalmun itself is a landmark Razz

I can't think of a place near Paldalmun to meet. I've been there, but I don't spend a lot of time there. Anyone have any suggestions?

It's too cold to walk around. We need to think of a meeting place that's close to good bars and restaurants. I would suggest Ingyedong. It's still central, and there's more to do.

Could do the Ingyedong Homeplus or Galleria, but we better pick a place soon or it'll be too late to get our sh*t together. PM me for my cell # if you like.
