Hello:
I was just wondering if it was possible to buy a saline spray somewhere in this country. The type that you use when you have a sinus infection.
thanks,

It's doubtful. I would bring a bunch from home to be sure.

you can get a large bottle of saline at any pharmacy - I always ask them for "salt water" or sodium chloride

I just add it to the small squirter bottle I brought with me from the U.S.
but you could even just use the large bottle as it has a squirter top

I have used it for years to clear the nasal passage of germs (especially after spending time in classrooms and public places) and

to clear out pollution and pollen

try to use it before you get infected (in other words, when you return home from teaching)

yes, you can. you can get saline and you can also get Otravin, though I'm not sure if you need a prescription for it.

You can find saline for contacts for about 1,500 won per bottle (maybe 2,000 now). It goes under the brand name "O2". I've seen it at about every family mart.

My understanding is you should NOT use saline intended for contacts in your sinuses.! It has some harmful additive.
