a quick incidental search of facebook (I've just joined) uncovered what my four major ex-girlfriends are doing
my high school sweetheart of four years is the communications director of a major office supply company in Tokyo and married to a Japanese (I knew her year of ESL teaching in Japan in 1990, followed by Asian Rim Studies for her B.A. was taking her in that direction)
my next girlfriend of one year is married with a kid (after I talked her into an abortion it's nice to see she finally produced offspring, seems dolly domestic, an ex-beauty queen and C student not expected to do much else than be a mother and suburbanite)
my wife of five years is a project manager of a major software development company in San Francisco (maybe she went gay as she wanted in Toronto when I divorced her, didn't finish her PhD in the history of science)
my rebound fiancee of two years runs a dog rescue shelter in her home town (as a devout Christian who loved dogs that's no surprise; said she'd never leave her extended family home and seems to be honoring that)
NOT A SINGLE SURPRISE IN THE BUNCH!!!! Are people that predictable? I certainly took a couple of right turns in my life. Yet my exes didn't.
What's your ex up to? |

I don't care about most-I hope they do well but I am in touch with only one on facebook-she broke me into manhood, was into punk music and alternative crap and lots of left wing nonsense on the West Coast-she became a moderately left wing person whilst also becoming a born again Christian. She also is heavily into martial arts and is still hot-single and no kids.
So, she's a bit of a surprise as she's also an accountant. |

with Facebook it takes ten seconds to do off the cuff what an army of private investigators needed to do decades ago i'd think
i had no intentions of looking them up except when i was adding friends on my new facebook account one of my old friends has an ex of mine on his friends list and clicking i found out, which got the ball rolling... five minutes later voila, all four exes
Facebook sure is something |

Too much info on Facebook.
When did everyone start to get married and/or pregnant? I'm 28, I guess it's the age, but I'm so not there yet. |

Yeah, I don't concern myself too much with my former girlfriends, but with Facebook sometimes you can't help seeing them since we knew many of the same people and we are both Facebook friends with several. The location changes always surprise me the most. My last flame is a banking manager (no surprise) but in a town 400 miles away from where we were. I know I have her beat in that area LOL! A good thing is being able to find people from even farther back. People I knew from 7th grade who have families and careers I would never have imagined. I usually have the bigger surprise for them when I let them know what I'm doing these days. |

One quit Wal-Mart and is now working at a grocery store.
One appears to still be chasing the same dreams, and still not getting anywhere. He should have listened to me!
The couple I almost had a threesome with got married. Awww.
The only one I really still care about, I get news from emails he sends me. He hasn't dated anyone since we broke up in May 2006 but he recently moved to Europe where there are lots of hot women so I expect that to change soon. |

They aren't on Facebook - I think they're too stupid to use a 'puter. |

My Western ex isn't on facebook - and neither am I and for good reason (trolls, stalkers, lunatics) - but I called her last night, piss drunk. Disaster. When I awoke this morning, sober, recalling our conversation, all I wanted to do was die. |

He told me he wanted to break up so he could focus on his career, and it warms my heart that he seems to have meant it. |

One plays for the NBA, the others I don't know what they're doing. Probably married with kids, or divorced with kids. |
