I am having trouble with my mobile service, and I can't find anything on their site. Any ideas?

Dial 114
They have an option for English service. The English is fine, like someone who lived overseas.
It is only during office hours, you'll have to wait til Monday.

Or you'll have some completely unprofessional girl who has put you on speaker phone, and while you ask a question you can hear a whole office full of ladies giggling, while the girl who talks to you puts on one of those Korean game show exaggerated look-how-funny-I-speaking-English voices.

I personally phoned, with my co-teacher next to me, the 1330
helpline at the end of the last school week and the women said to me
that the english assistance part were..all busy
