|
Being a brit my humour is some what different to the American humour.
I am keen to watch some TOP American comedians however to see how they compare.
The question is..... Who is your favourite American Comedian? Going further does X comedian have Y series comedy show to help me find it?
Any ideas would be a great help.xxx
We do have the daily show in the UK! |

You might want to listen to the Korean-American comedienne, Margaret Cho. A lot of her stuff can be found on youtube. |

Dane Cook is definitely my favourite!
You can download any of his albums, he has a few. My favourite is "Retaliation" which is a double disk.

I really liked Steve Harvey in "The Original Kings of Comedy," but I rarely watch stand-up, so I honestly wouldn't know how he'd compare to the other major comedians, like Carlin, Izzard, Peters, etc. |

There are a lot of Dane Cook haters out there. I'm assuming it's cause he's popular. I have to admit, his movies are terrible, but his standup is great. It's more like story telling, but I laugh everytime I hear it and I've listened to the cds over and over. I went to one of his shows last year as well and he didn't disappoint.
That said, you can't please everyone, but I've been a fan of his since he was on Comedy Central with his live show. He's come a long way and his stuff is still hillarious. |
