I have a brand new (pretty much) copy of Fable 2 for sale. It's the Asian version bought of play-asia that is region-free, so will work on all Xbox's. It's all in English.

I saw them at Yeongsan (used) for 38,000W so if you want one and his is gone, they have some. New ones are 50,000.

I'm actually thinking about buying a modified x.box for 250,000 which can play burned games for 15,000 a piece. They have the burned Fable 2 for 15,000.

I might get the XBOX just for Fable 2. The game looks amazing.

this is off-topic, but i played the first fable and, although i was really looking forward to playing it, didn't find the game depth (and range of character development) to be all that was promised. anyone know if fable 2's supposed to be different though and actually live up to the hype?

You can get a modified Xbox 360 in Yongsan. Just ask around. The first guy I went to said that his engineer was having a "hack problem" and it would burn out in one month so he's not offering them anymore. Different shops have different engineers. Just start asking about XBOX prices, then mention mods, and then ask if there is a "hack problem". Older XBOX 360s are safer to modify.

Yes, 15,000 is a steep price for a burned game when ou can get used games for 10 to 15 for the older games and for 30-40 for the newer games. But he stands behind his work, or so he says. Other shops burn fast and cheap and 60% are good and 40% are corrupt which can damage your machine. Also, I don't know how to download and burn an XBOX game. 15,000 for any newly released game isn't a bad price.

I'm still on the fence. I bought a modified XBOX 3 years ago loaded with like 70 games. I'd say 90% of them worked. But I never really used the system that much. If you mod an XBOX 360 you can't use the LIVE service and it might develop a problem later. Is it worth it? I guess if you like to play tons of games and you don't want to pay $50 per game and you don't need the LIVE service it could be worth it.

i've just finished beating mine last night. so after the guy that posted this confirms he sold his, mine is up for sale. same deal, all english, for a korean box but supposedly region free.
