In the interest of transparency, I must confess...
I do sometimes wear socks, but only to work.

Igtg was an extremist but then again you supported the same candidate he did . Remember Igtg was a Ron Paul supporter just as you were.

The good, old association fallacy.

So then, since the KKK supports John McCain, Joo and the KKK are the same.

Rolling Eyes

Anyway, to address the OP, it is pretty incredible how people get their panties all up in a bunch over an election in which, as Canuckistan has pointed out, 50% of the votes will go through electronic pipelines of a company which has associations with the Republican Party with no paper trail where they can be tampered with. And in any event whoever wins will just lead to more of the same.

Talk about the real issues, and maybe we can cook the pablum into a hot, gourmet meal (although I'd settle for average Mexican food).

It's kind of interesting that your avatar has a guitar in it, and IGTG stands for I Got This Guitar. It's just a coincidence?

And you just happened to go to the same school of logic as Joo then?

I haven't been viewing this forum for a few months but now it seems to be devoid of biting satire, juicy ad hominem attacks, and good old-fashioned sarcasm. In other words, it seems to have become rather pedestrian, no offense fellow posters.

To what might we attribute this apparent turn to verbal mush?

Or do you take exception to my observation?

To be honest, I kinda miss Steve McGarrett and I'd like to hear more from Gopher and Adventurer, although I'll admit the absence of jinju was no big loss.

So are you saying you want us to get into some major WWE type exchanges on this forum? Is that what's missing? I am not sure I miss tons of mudslinging. I am not sure you put Gopher and me in the same sentence. Are you referring to exchanges we've had in the past?
Gopher does contribute when he wants some great ideas, but he also has little patience for certain people, and I am not referring to myself.
I think you know who I am talking about, and he and they can go and on in circles with each other. Perhaps, someone gets a kick out of that?

Anyway, I am interested in this election!!!!!! If Obama wins, well I am going to celebrate. I feel for McCain. I think he is a good man, but he seems to have to sell his soul to the Evangelicals. I preferred the McCain of 2000.
