I want to teach English in a University in Seoul. Should i go through an agent? It seems that most jobs want applicants in Korea for interviews. I am in London now.

So the things I need to know are:

1) Should I go through an agent?

2) If so, how do I find a good one?

For uni jobs that want people in Korea, send it in anyway and note that you are available for a video interview. Some schools will trash your stuff, others will hold it in case they get desperate and some will give you the video interview. If you are well qualified, you will find something decent. Then you can do better in person the next year.
