Will I run into trouble with my single-entry visa upon my return from Christmas? What can I do to change the entry type? |

All you need to do is go to your local immigration office, fill out the appropriate form, give them 50,000 won and they will give you a multiple entry visa( a stamp in your passport). The form is the same form that you filled out for your ARC card, you just have to tick the box that says multiple entry visa. It will take just minutes, make sure to bring your passport and ARC card.
Here is a link to the immigration website.

Unless things have changed, you can also do it at the airport. I did it back in '05. |

Yeah, I've done it a few times at the airport over the past couple of years. Walk right to the back of the airport when you enter(around G?, they will tell you at check-in where to go as well), you'll pay 30,000 for a stamp and they'll put the re-entry in your visa. Give about 30-40 extra mins because sometimes it's busy. Very easy. |
