I am in the process of looking for a job. I am pretty certain I keep up to date on the requirements for a E2 Visa. Still I keep getting a confusing snippet of info. Which is ... do I need my health check done BEFORE I go on a visa trip or AFTER I come back. I do not mean the health checklist asking about diseases and mental illness. I mean the 60000 to 1000000 go to a hospital health check.

So once again I get one school saying you can get when you come back and another saying you get it a send it in with all your other E2 documents.

I paid 40,000 won, and I understand it was needed to get my visa extended. I did a few things at once, so that's why I am not sure. However, if this is your first time getting a new visa, I am almost certain a health check is better before cause you need it to get the visa.

The health check is required AFTER you get to Korea. You send the self completed form for the visa. You can write whatever you want on it.
